Bruce has been with the Firm since 1987 and has been a partner since 1991. Bruce graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, in 1975, and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore City Bar Association and American Bar Association in 1980, and remains a member of those organizations. For more than twenty-five years he has devoted his practice to the development of new condominium regimes and homeowner associations, and the representation of community associations.

Bruce advises his developer and community association clients on all aspects of community association, law, establishment and operation, including covenant and public offering statement preparation, disclosures, covenant enforcement, developer warranties, contract preparation and review, transition issues, Fair Housing Act responsibilities and collection of assessments. He has represented his clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Bruce has taught courses for the American and Maryland Title Associations, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Home Builders Association of Maryland, Lorman Education Services, and Community Associations Institute. Bruce has served as a faculty member for MICPEL seminars on the subjects of common ownership associations, documentation issues for condominiums, planned communities and urban development, and legal aspects of condominium and homeowner association development.
